Features
The assembly group, which delivers a maximum of 100kV at a maximum current of 500μA, is available with positive, HBR-30-100k-500-R0, or negative polarity, HBR-30-(-100k)-500-R0. The output voltage is adjustable between 0% and 100% of the nominal output voltage and the actual voltage and current values can be monitored via measurement outputs for external display instruments.
Special Features
You can adjust both the high-voltage starting time and the current-voltage characteristic on the board by means of a potentiometer. Another feature here is the fold-back mode, in which the short-circuit output current is smaller than the maximum output current.
Applications
This assembly group is used almost exclusively in wet paint and powder coating as well as flocking.

The actual voltage and current values can be monitored via measurement outputs for external indicating instruments or alternatively via an analogue interface, which can also be used to set the voltage and monitor operation.
Special Features
You can adjust both the high-voltage starting time and the current-voltage characteristic on the board by means of a potentiometer. If a reduced short-circuit current is required, the fold-back mode can also be used here. In addition, the assembly group also has a spark detection and cut-off (dI/dt cut-off), which can be set on the board with a potentiometer.
